2021 Middle School FIELD HOCKEY CLINIC
The purpose of this Middle School Preseason clinic is to prepare players (Grades 5 - 8) for their upcoming season. We will incorporate conditioning, skills, drills and game-like situations during every session. Players will work on:
dribbling
passing and receiving
ball control
shooting
defensive tackling
positioning
team work
agility
foot work
scanning and tracking
3D skills
CLINIC STAFF:
Kelly Gallo-Field Hockey Coach at Longmeadow High School. Kelly has experince coaching at the
High School, Prep School and College levels.
Maggie Kennedy -Field Hockey Coach at Minnechaug Regional High School. Maggie graduated from
Springfield College where she was a standout player.

*Stick, ball, shin guards, goggles, mouth guard, water, footwear for both the indoor turf and for outdoors.
