Field Hockey Camp 2011

The purpose of this Preseason skills and drills camp is to prepare players (Grades 7 - 12) for their upcoming season. We will incorporate conditioning, skills, drills and game-like situations during every session. Players will be split up according to their playing ability.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Stick, ball, shin guards, mouth guard, footwear for the indoor turf and for outdoors.
