High School Girl's Conditioning/Training
Girl's HS Lacrosse Conditioning & Training: One (1) hour sessions twice a week (24 sessions- Mondays & Thursdays) - December - February.
The sessions include conditioning, strength/resistance training using resistance bands, balls and parachutes, agility drills using agility ladders, core training and lacrosse skills. Players will be challenged to improve every aspect of their lacrosse game!
WHEN: Mondays/Thursdays; 3:30-4:30 PM; November 9, 2009 thru February 25, 2010
