Game Clock: Two (2)/25 minute halves
Cost: $1,295.00/team/session
Game Start Times: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
SESSION II: January 13,20,27 February 3,10,17,24 and March 3rd (WITH A POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL DAY WITH EVERY TEAM HAVING ONE BYE DURING THE POSSIBLE 9 WEEK SESSION. TO BE ANNOUNCED
(Session I teams have first priority for Session II - Session II Registration for teams who are not in SESSION I should be sent to kristen@sportsworld.cc to be put on a waiting list.

High School Girl's 2012/2013 Lacrosse Conditioning/Skills/Games
***This is an intense 12 week (24 sessions) program held at Sportsworld in East Windsor, CT . The program includes strength, resistance training (using bands, balls and parachutes), agility drills (agility ladders), core training, and development of varsity level lacrosse skills. Players will be challenged to improve their level of conditioning and lacrosse game! Players will be positively challenged to develop/improve their game to a level required at the high school varsity level and beyond!
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Dates: November: 19, 26, 29/ December: 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20/ January 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 22 (Tuesday due to MLK), 24, 28(canceled), 31/ February: 4, 7, 11, 14, 25, 28, Tuesday March 5th (MAKEUP)
Time: 3:30-5:00 pm
Cost: $495.00/player ( plus $30.00/pinney fee - player keeps pinney)
This program is run by Kristen Mullady (Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Springfield College), Mark Duclos (Connecticut High School lacrosse rep) and college players/strength and conditioning coaches from Springfield College.
