Information for Try-Outs:
- - Please arrive 30 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled try-out time to COMPLETE the necessary paperwork ~ CJSA Form, Medical Release Form, Hot Card, Bring a COPY of your child’s Birth Certificate and a 1x1 photo (headshot). Players will not be issued a NUMBER to go on the field until all paperwork is completed. All Forms can be found at the top of the Page..
- - All Prospective Players will be sized for UNIFORMS at Try-Outs.
- - Try-Outs will be held INDOORS.
- - It is RECOMMENDED that players attend BOTH evaluation days. It will give the player a greater opportunity to demonstrate their ability for the evaluators.
